The BG-8K-SA HDMI eARC Audio to Soundbar Adapter is a high-performance solution designed to extract audio signals from HDMI sources or TVs with ARC/eARC functionality and seamlessly output them to a soundbar. Supporting data rates up to 48Gbps and fully compliant with HDMI 2.1 and HDCP 2.3 standards, this adapter ensures outstanding audio and video quality, making it a perfect addition to modern home theater systems.
It handles video resolutions up to 8K@60Hz 4:2:0 12-bit and 4K@120Hz 4:4:4 12-bit, delivering stunning visuals with support for high dynamic range (HDR) formats like HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and HLG. Additionally, the adapter supports advanced HDMI 2.1 features, such as Variable Refresh Rate (VRR), Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM), Quick Media Switching (QMS), Quick Frame Transport (QFT), and Source-Based Tone Mapping (SBTM), ensuring smooth and responsive video playback.
INTERFACES
- Power LED: When the device is powered on, the red LED will be on.
- IN LED: When the input signal is detected, the green LED will be on.
- OUT LED: When the OUT port connects to a TV, the green LED will be on.
- Soundbar LED: When the eARC OUT port connects to a soundbar, the green LED will be on.
- eARC LED: On: The ARC/eARC function is turned on. CEC communication and ARC/eARC is working properly. Flashing:The ARC/eARC function is turned on. CEC communication and ARC/eARC is not working properly. Off: The ARC/eARC function is turned off.

eARC button: Press this button to enable or disable the eARC function.

EDID DIP switch: Use the DIP switch to set EDID.

SERVICE: Firmware update and debug port.

Source IN port: HDMI signal input port, connected to HDMI source device such as DVD, PS5 or 8K computer host with an HDMI cable.

TV(eARC) OUT port: HDMI signal output port, connected to TV (ARC/eARC) with an HDMI cable. It can be used as an ARC/eARC audio channel when the ARC function is enabled.

Soundbar eARC OUT: HDMI audio output port, connected to a soundbar with an HDMI cable.

DC 5V: DC 5V/1A power input port.
